The Village Guitar Open Mic Night is held on the first Wednesday of every month at Allawah Pub. We start at 8.00pm.

Next Open Mic Night is on March 3.

• Entry is open to all!
• Sometimes we have prizes- sometimes we don't!
• You get to play two songs- we get to enjoy them!
• We can't handle big set ups. A couple of guitars and two vocals max.
• We do this for fun.

What a way to get back into Village Guitar's Open Mic nights for 2010!

This year we are doing things a little differently. Each month, the crowd will vote for two people to go through to the final to be held in July.

February’s first finalist, Ivan Finlayson was put through by the crowd for his excellent original pieces.

Derek Guyer was also put through to the final with his cover’s of Cats in the Cradle and Fire and Rain.

Well done to everyone that played! It’s awesome to see all the local talent each month! Only 35 days until March open mic so start practicing!!!
